Enjoy three days of exceptional experiences with expert guide, Amy Osaki, focusing on what is new and changing in San Francisco's art world. Visit as many as eight museums, gain new insights into the power of art, and marvel at masterpieces of human creation. In addition to the Orsay exhibitions at the de Young, the Legion of Honor Museum will be featuring, "Japanesque: The Japanese Print in the Era of Impressionism." Special exhibits will also be on display at the Asian Art Museum, the Contemporary Jewish Museum and the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. Capture the spirit of the season at Union Square where you can enjoy the holiday lights on palm trees and brightly lit shop windows. Select from a rich menu of choices for optional evening concerts and performances.

Day 1
Transfer from the airport to your hotel, have lunch, then tour the current exhibitions at the de Young Museum and the Museum of the Legion of Honor. In the evening, see the California Academy of Sciences a new way—after dark! Stargaze from the roof of the newest and largest cultural attraction in San Francisco! You might even want to stay for dinner before or after your visit.

Day 2
Exhibitions at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, Contemporary Jewish Museum and the Asian Art Museum fill the day. All of these exhibitions are a short distance from our boutique hotel near Union Square. The nearby Yerba Buena Center for the Arts beckons as well. Tonight is free for you to add a performance or concert of your choice.

Day 3
Slow down and observe what's new in nature in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park. Continue yesterday's immersion in Japanese art by walking the paths of the Hagiwara Japanese Tea Garden. Your immersion in the current world of art in San Francisco concludes with a visit to the de Young Museum to view the new installations of the museum's permanent collections. Depart from San Francisco in the late afternoon.
